Our support team has remote access to the Smartblue Data Logger. We provide a mobile router that is pre-configured and tested with an M2M data card and VPN access for remote maintenance.

Smart Control VPN network for remote maintenance
A central service control panel provides the basis for effective, automated status analysis when it comes to the technical management of energy generation plants and storage systems. In the case of decentralised systems, the Internet is used for data communication.
Security requirements are significantly higher for bi-directional communication of data for the remote maintenance of photovoltaic systems. Encoded communication between central servers and the router in a VPN network is an established technology. In order to connect to a control panel for remote maintenance and system control, Smartblue has developed a VPN network solution that is integrated in the Smart Control control panel.
The connected components such as the router, data logger and inverter as well as the meter, control and storage systems, etc., can be accessed via an IP address. The web servers on the devices are opened up directly from the control panel.
